The service is always cordial. The owners care about their clients. The staff is always very nice and accommodating. And my mani-pedis always on point.

I’ve been going to Golden Nails for 4 years now. Excellent service . The price is reasonable. Shellac colours are amazing . The owners Joe and Lynn. Are super nice. I highly recommend to all. I get lots of compliments at work.

If i could rate this place 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible customer service. I went to do my nails with regular nail polish only to have the owner ask me to pay halfway through, to which I obliged despite it being weird to do so. The staff was in such a rush they didn't leave my nails to dry between coats which caused the nail polish to peel off right away once they were finished. When I pointed it out to the owner she LAUGHED and said it was normal and that I would have to be careful with my nails. No refund, no apology she simply took off the polish and sent me on my way with half of it still lingering on. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS AND GO TO THE ONE TWO BLOCKS DOWN INSTEAD.

Very polite owners, (husband and wife). Nicely done manicure 💅 I like how quickly they work! One tip: I wish these manicure salons would ask clients to wash their hands before beginning to work on them. Aside from this minor detail, I would totally recommend this place!

I went there a couple of times for shellac on my natural nails. I'll be honest the service wasn't bad for 20$ and it is quite a deal. But I recently went to their salon on Wednesday Sept 26 for shellac and the girl who did my nails did not do a proper job. Two of my nails had small cut but not completely damaged. I had gotten my nails fixed before and it was done properly. But this time, the girl did not do it properly. She only applied the gel and powder on the cut and did not put extra effort for properly drying it or putting it under the UV light to fix it on a whole. Moreover, while doing my nails, she was looking outside and watching TV which I found very unprofessional. The next day, the cuts were back. I went back to the salon to fix them and they said that they will charge 10$ extra to fix TWO NAILS. It was their fault and they tried giving me lame excuses to defend themselves. This was definitely my last time there. I rather pay extra money and get a proper job done on my nails.
